A permalink is basically a link that is embedded and sent within the body of your email when you send out an estimate, purchase order, credit note or, invoice to any of your clients or suppliers. It is automatically generated so you as a user do not have to do anything other than generate your document.
Once you have generated the appropriate document all you have to do is click send and you're done; a record of all of your documents will be stored in your user platform.
Your client will receive an email with a link to the appropriate document that will be hosted on our cloud servers, naturally your client will be able to print it or save it as a pdf.
